What we do with the details you give us, and how long we keep them.
This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is a placeholder so the page, the consent record and the versioning mechanism work end to end. A Romanian lawyer must draft or approve the real text before launch, and the version above must change when they do.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the dates and party size you asked about, where you are staying if you tell us, and anything you write in the message field.
Why we collect it
To answer your request and to run the day out you booked. That is the only purpose.
How long we keep it
Two years after your request is closed, after which the personal details are removed and only anonymous statistics remain.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
